| Super Accurate |
The Weihrauch HW50S air rifle is the perfect rifle for shooters wanting a bit more power than an R7 but not as much as an R9. The beauty of the light powered guns such as the R7 and the HW50S is that they are light in weight, easy to cock and quiet to shoot. A shooter can take these guns out of their case and shoot all day long without a lot of strain from cocking and carrying the rifle. The HW50S features a solid beech stock but without a lot of frills to run up the price. There is a right-handed cheekpiece but it is very slight and not raised much at all. So the stock may not be ambidextrous in the true sense but it isn't far from it. A left-handed shooter would have no trouble shooting this rifle at all.
The gun is very quiet and easy to shoot. It has very little recoil, low cocking effort and great accuracy with a whole bunch of pellets. All in all, this is a wonderful choice for the backyard shooter that only needs adequate power for pest control or target shooting to 35-40 yards. The HW50S will handle both tasks with ease and you will be surprised at it's super accuracy. Don't overlook this model because it's a wonderful addition to any airgun collection. You'll find yourself shooting this rifle far more than you thought you would.
