How to Purchase

We are happy to accept credit card orders by mail, phone, fax or online. We will also accept your personal check or money order. Please do not send cash. International orders must be paid by Bank Wire Transfer.

Shipping Policy

Straight Shooters tries to ship your purchase via UPS or US Priority Mail. When calculating the shipping cost be aware each box must be weighed separately and each box must be insured. Each rifle is shipped in a hard case, and the cost is between $18.00 and $25.00. Most accessories will need to be packaged in a separate box. In this case UPS charges will need to be calculated as a separate amount for each box. Insurance is calculated as .35 per $100.00 in value. If there is any question about the cost of shipping select the next higher amount and we will refund any balance directly to you. Shipping of some guns is slightly more based on the cost of insurance.

International Orders

We have successfully shipped many orders overseas. Due to the many restrictions on "Arms and Ammunition" it is not always possible to ship our airguns to other countries. All our rifle and pistol must be shipped using the US Global mail system. To determine if your country has restrictions, you can visit the US Postal web site at http://ircalc.usps.gov. Any country which restricts "Arms and Ammunition" will not eligible for airgun shipments (unless the proper documents are provided). All other accessories usually do not present a problem. Due to the present rash of identity theft cases we will not accept credit card orders from new international customers. We have established a very simple policy for international orders.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our goal. If you are not entirely satisfied with your airgun purchase, we offer you the option of exchanging your airgun for another model of equal or greater value as long as your airgun is in "new condition. You must notify us within 3 days if you wish to take advantage of the exchange policy. In the event you must return merchandise to us, please call for a return merchandise authorization number (RMA).

We assess a 15% restocking fee on all returns that are non-defect related and you are responsible for shipping and insuring the merchandise back to Straight Shooters. Please ship the items back to us in the original packing box with all original material. Items such as scopes which have been mounted or opened pellets are not eligible for return.

We make every effort to ship top of the line merchandise, but accidents do happen. Our vendor's have fantastic return policies and warranties so in the event that you should receive a product with a defect you may be assured that help is available to you. We have included the warranty policy and customer service phone numbers of our dealers wherever possible. To avoid any delays or misunderstandings on warranty problems, we ask you to deal directly with them on defective merchandise."
