Interpreting the score
The RWS model 36 is a medium power, medium recoil rifle of good quality and acceptable power. The rifle is available in .177 and .22 and both calibers will provide good performance. If you prefer higher velocities, consider the .177 caliber version. If higher knock-down power is needed, we would recommend the .22 version. Both calibers will provide you with power to target shoot and hunt backyard pests.
