Interpreting the score
R11's seem to be a well kept secret and we can't understand why. This air rifle has a whole list of great features. At 8.6 pounds, this rifle has enough weight to be stable but is light enough to pack around. This rifle was designed with field target shooting in mind. Sporting an adjustable butt plate and cheek piece, a shooter can customize the fit of this rifle to provide the utmost in consistency. The famous "R" series trigger assures you of a consistent and adjustable trigger pull. At approximately 33 pounds of cocking effort even the small shooters can enjoy this air rifle. This unique looking .177 caliber air rifle.will give you an edge on the target range or your favorite hunting spot.
Notice the rating grid. Plinking and target shooting were easy 5's. Pest control could have been a 4 or 5 since dead is dead and this gun will hit what you aim at. But we gave it a 4 for Pest Control and 3 for Hunting because the rifle isn't available in larger calibers. This gun will hit what you aim at and is great for pests and small game under 50 yards, but a little shy for the bigger game where a larger caliber provides more knock-down power. Because of the caliber limitation we only rated it a 3 for hunting.
